Well I went to a program for substance abuse. It was unpleasant I was stripped of my freedoms and my rights. It taught me right from wrong though.

I can relate to that. I'm in a program too, and it sucks. I hate not having any freedom. It was our own choices that got us here though, so we just have to work the program, change for the better, and get home to our families.
Well lesson learned, don't do drugs. I hope u learned to not do drugs and that the system is no fun so you should do all you can to stay out of it. You could have also learned that drugs can mess up your life. I hope you take what you learned and use it.
Same thing happened to me. Even though I already knew right from wrong but I didn't care. I defiantly care now. Being in the system has helped my addictions,it tire me from drugs.........and my family. I have learned from my mistakes ad am trying to not keep making the same mistakes over an over again.
People can tell you what is right from wrong, but in the end some things just have to be learned the hard way. easier said than done, but if you want all your freedom don't do drugs. Stay clean and stay free.

Kevin, I know what it's like to lose your freedoms. Worst feeling ever, or at least one if the worst. I'm glad you know right from wrong now. Sometimes the world tricks us into believing something good is bad ,or vise versa. Keep doing good and chin up! Things will get better!
