Do/Don't Essay

Let me tell you about the complicated sport of dance.  There are three things you should know about dance.  1: It's communication between body and soul.  2: It's not something that you just know right away.  Dance is something that for centuries has connected people in ways that nothing else could.

I've put together a short list of do's and don't's about dancing and it's complexity.

Do:  Try it out.  Don't just try one form of dance, because in the long run you may like ballet OR you might like hip hop.  Try each style of dance so you know you're throwing yourself into something you actually like.

Don't: Try to overdo yourself, your body can only take so much. Don't push to the point where you injure your body.  You need to rest.

Do:  Find a company.  Dancing is better with other people.  You never know, maybe you'll find a dancing partner for life in a company.

Don't: Become so into it that you forget other priorities.  You don't want to get so into dancing that you forget to eat on a regular basis and you stop sleeping enough.

Do: Let yourself be inspired.  Find things in your daily life that make you want to dance.  Dancing is a sport AND art form.  You have to have a reason to dance, whether it be to lose weight, because you need something to do or maybe you want to dance because it makes you feel like you have a connection with something.

Finally, do continue to dance.  Dance is a little like a happiness boost.  If you dance it releases chemicals that give you a natural high.  You should dance whenever you get a free opportunity to do so.  Dance is a passion and a way to escape your own world.

For the love of all holy DON'T quit expanding your knowledge on dance and don't stop practicing. Dance takes effort, of course some people have more of a knack with it, but even those people have to work to be the best.  Like any sport you need to train your body and fine tune it so it works with that sport.  Continue to dance and you'll know what that true connection between body and soul is all about.

Do/Don't Essay

Let me tell you the best kept secret about living a righteous life for God. It's simple. It may not seem like it, but it really is simple. The two hardest things that there are is probably not saying the lord's name in profanity, and not committing adultery within your heart.

I'm not here to imply that everything is going to be a breeze in your personal religious life, cause it's not. I only mean to say it's plain and simple, not easy. There'll be days when you wish you were dead, and other times when you're on your highest peak. Just... Don't let it get to your head.

I've collected a brief list of do's and don't's for those seeking a religious life so that you won't be in the dark when beginning out.

Do: pray always. The most simple of things for religious people of all and any standing within the church. Praying will fill you with passion and the love of God for hours on end. Provided, of course, if you pray correctly. Always invoke the name of God before praying and always thank him afterward.

Don't: rush through prayers. If there is one thing God despises more, it's when his children don't care about wanting to talk to him. He says time and time again throughout His scriptures, that he enjoys our prayers and wishes us to talk with Him. So pray slowly and lovingly. Actually care about what it is you are saying.

Do: read your scriptures daily. Knowing how to fend off evil by the scriptures standards is always useful, especially when fiends of hell provoke you or tease you because of your beliefs. They may make up horrendous lies about your religion and try to see you break. But, when you know your scriptures, battle is easy and purely swift.

Don't: commit idolatry. Committing idolatry is very common and extremely easy, which is why is should be avoided at all costs. Wearing a shirt from a famous singer is one form of idolatry. Having a famous persons poster is another form of idolatry. Excessively talking about a famous person is idolatry. Yes, it is idolatry... And God despises it.  Avoid all forms of it.

Do: respect your religious leaders. Don't argue with them, just respect them. They know more than you do, that's why they're leaders and you're not. Don't think that just because you're younger, that you have all the answers. And don't think that just because you have tons of questions, that your leader is going to start lying. Your questions mean nothing in reality. Your leader knows what he's doing.

Don't: take all your friends out of religion just because you left. You left because you're just different, your friends aren't necessarily different like you. Don't ruin it for your faithful friends or relatives. They are actually trying to please God.

Do: marry inside your religion. The Bible and the Quran specifically command us to marry inside our religion to avoid conflict. Example given, a religious man marries an atheist girl. Well, it just so happens, that just like Eve, she is easily tempted to drag him down along with her. She hates God, and she won't rest until he does too. When you marry inside your religion, you are two persons who will stop at nothing to please God. And in the Doctrine and Covenants, it says that two persons who will stop at nothing to please God, will gain heaven easily.

So all in all, just do that which is generally obvious, and that which pleases God. I gave you a brief list in hopes that you'll take it serious. Worship God, don't fail him. Do the simple things.

Let me tell you the best-kept secret about high school. It's easy. The two hardest things i did in high school were: 1. Waking up in the morning And 2. Doing my homework. At first these things seemed hard, but, if you just do it, it's actually pretty easy.

I'm not saying high school is entirely easy but most of it is. You might not get along with anybody, get bullied, or get in with the wrong crowd, but the school part is really easy. All you have to do is pay attention in class, do your work, and ask for help if you need it. If you do those things, high school will be a lot easier.

I've put together a list of do's and don't's about surviving high school.

Do: Go to class. If you skip class it might seem good at the time, but it will cause a lot of trouble in the long run, especially if you do it frequently.

Don't: Hang out with the "bad" kids. They'll start dragging you down and eventually mess up your life if you keep doing bad things. I know this from experience.

Do: Pay attention in class. It will make your work a whole lot easier and all you have to do is listen. It's not that complicated.

Don't: Procrastinate. I'm a victim of procrastination and it's not fun. It gets you further behind and you'll end up trying to do a lot of work at the last minute.

Do: Remember to turn in your work. If you do that you won't have to turn it in late and lose points even though you had it completed on time.

Even though people say it's hard Don't believe them. If you follow these Do's and Don't's, high school will be very easy.

Do/Don't Essay

Let me tell you the best-kept secret about stretching your ears. Be patient. The two worst things you can do in order of how much Damage you will do, 1. Skipping sizes and 2. Going too fast. Using the taping method barely even counts as "stretching."

I've collected a brief list of do's and don't's for what to do if you want to stretch your ears.

DO: keep your ears moisturized. And I don't mean just water, get off your butt and buy A and D or vitamin E. Personally I use both and I recommend it but at least have one of those. Your ears need care and keeping your ears warm and moisturized is crucial if you want healthy lobes.

DON'T: skip sizes. Skipping sizes is the worst thing you can do. Instead of stretching your ears this is more like tearing your ears. This causes bleeding and tearing and leaves your ear with scar tissue making it harder to stretch to the next size. And let's face It , if you're stretching, you're going to go to the next size.

DO: keep your ears warm. It is very important that you keep your ears warm in the winter. Wear a scarf, ear muffs, or even just a hoodie. You ear will stretch easier if they are warm. Just think about your fingers they don't move very quick when they're cold. Same logic with your ears.

DON'T: use tapers past 00 gauge. Tapers are good for smaller sizes but after 00, gauge tapers get too heavy and can stretch your ears uneven. They also give you the whole stretch at once which can cause tearing. When your ears get bigger they need more time between stretches anyway.

DO: use the taping method. This is the best method and the most common for larger sizes. This is when you take a non adhesive tape such as bondage or Teflon and wrap a couple layers on your plug at a time. You add layers everyday for about a week and you're at the next size. It's  painless unless you add too much tape at a time.

Even though people say it looks painful DON'T: let it scare you, it's completely painless if you do it right.

Do/Don't Essay

Let me tell you the best kept secret about relationships. It's easy if you make it easy. The two hardest things are compromise. Opposite sexes naturally butt heads, a lot of it had to do with competitive behavior. The second hardest thing is honesty. Being honest to someone you love is one of the hardest things to do.

I've collected a brief list of do's and don'ts about relationships in reference to what guys should and shouldn't do.

Do: stock up on chocolate and tampons. These are two necessities for women, and the chocolate, can help after a fight. There are many benefits to these two items.

Don't: tell your girl to calm down. This will create the opposite effect almost immediately, sometimes resulting in shoes or objects being thrown at your head resulting in a black eye for a job interview.

Do: tell your girl you love her constantly. It's not about the money, it's time and heart. Show her you love her with complements, hugs, kisses, And sweet whispered words.

Don't: talk about past relationships. This will flare jealousy and anxiety in your girl and could start an argument you will most definitely lose.

Do: let her win simple arguments. It will keep her confidence up and keep her loving towards you. Be prepared to back down when necessary and stand up when inevitable.

Don't: bring up anything about her eating habits or weight. Women are already self-conscious, so by bringing up anything whatsoever about her looks will make her shy away or cause unhealthy habits.

Do: attempt to do stereotypical chores around the house every once in awhile. Make dinner, do the laundry, wipe down the counters etc... These are signs that you care, and will most definitely reward you by doing them.

But for the love of everything good and holy in this world, don't mess with your girl when it's her time of month. We are already flooded with a million emotions at once! Don't create even more unnecessary emotions. Relationships are phases or a phase in your life but can be easy with these hints.

Do/Don't Essay

It's interesting how much we unknowingly allow people to take control over what we say, the things we do, and potentially, our entire lives. Honestly, the hardest things about it is, 1. Deciding their not important enough to control you and 2. Trying not to laugh at how ridiculous the other person looks getting worked up over not getting a reaction.

My Do's and Don't's for this simple thought process :

Do: Remember that they honestly aren't worth it. So why would you waste your breath, time, or even thoughts on a person who clearly doesn't have the brain capacity to contemplate what you're saying . You never see a Judge in court arguing with a 3 year old. It's the same thing.

Don't: Take anything their saying personally. It makes sense to be upset if Kim Kardashian gives weight loss tips, but getting mad when Raspusha calls you fat, is honestly the same difference. It's too hilarious to get mad about.

Do: Walk away. Who cares what they think? People comment on celebrities Instagram pages saying horrible things about them... But they don't care because it's not important and they have other things to focus on.

Don't: Laugh too hard.

All I'm saying is, there are way too many amazing things about life to look forward to, to spend it letting someone with low self esteem bring you down and control your life. It's your life, why not spend it happy.

Do/Don't Essay

Let me tell you the best kept secret about rapping it's easy. The two hardest things I do in flowing is extending your mind to rhyme with bigger worlds with unique meanings and. Giving  the story everyone wants.

I don't mean to imply that life in the rapping game is easy it's not. But the flowing it self is pretty easy whether your at bad boy records, death row or things records. For example biggie smalls was a crack dealer and went to puff daddy and got a deal to record And he became the best rapper (in my opinion) his style was the most unique I've ever heard.

Because Rapping is so easy  a lot of rappers rap about anything without spreading a message or saying anything worthwhile this is a mistake. Because when your music isn't serious no one takes you serious look at tres locos they rap about sex and drugs and barley anyone listens to them. They aren't as famous as like I said Biggie Smalls rapped about life struggles he said things to attract the listeners attention.

DO: Be real no one wants to hear a studio gangster (lies in his/her music) because if you want to be famous be real about where you came from and what you did.

DO NOT: swear to much if all you music is s word b word c word no one will listen your trying to pull the listeners attention not swear their ear off.

DO:  Try to keep up with the beat the song sounds way better and people think your music is "poppin " and good to listen to.

DO NOT: think your song is still good if you don't rhyme stop there if it don't rhyme it don't shine people want to see your vocabulary rhyme with things PLEASE!

DO: keep your mind open to learning new words the more you do that the better at rapping you will get.

DO NOT: discourage yourself there is no such thing as a perfect rapper if someone thinks you suck it's okay that's their opinion and you can't change it.

DO :  keep yourself loyal to where your from never forget your roots.

DO NOT : always rap about the same thing change it up no one wants to hear about the same thing.

DO: try to keep a positive message if it's always bad you'll pretty much lead kids the wrong way.

Well these are just a couple things you should refrain from when trying to rap. Rapping shouldn't always be the first priority have a back up plan. Like a job so if your rap game don't pan out you still make money. No matter what stay in school that's something's most rappers don't do but if you do than you can get a masters in your back up plan and probably you will make more money than you did in the rap game. But always have the dream of being a rapper most rappers were just like us than they go a shot they started where we are if they can do it why not us ?

Let me tell you the best kept secrets about growing up in a small town. It's fun and even though there are no malls and stores and stuff you make things to do and actually enjoy the open freedom of the land.

I don't mean to say that living in the country is super fun  Because it's not. It can be very boring if you don't have a open mind and make things up to keep you occupied

I've made up a brief list of the do's and don't's for living in a small town to give people another perception on life outside the city walls.

Do: be a part of the community, that means socialize with everybody and be willing to help if the need is there be.

Don't: tell people your personal business small towns pass things around really fast and secrets are like the front page of a news paper when you tell somebody so keep things too yourself.

Do: take advantage of out in the middle of know where like on the weekends don't sit home watching  tv get all you buddies together and have a fire up in the mountains or the desert And enjoy the night.

Don't: get into any trouble small towns pick out the  So called trouble makers And don't accept them and trust me you don't want to be up against the rest off the town on everything so keep your reputation clean.

Relationships

Let me tell you the best kept secret about relationships. It's so easy if you are loyal to the girl who you're going out with. The two hardest things about a relationship, in order of difficulty, 1. Ending a relationship is not an easy thing to do, it's hard when you are in love with a girl.  2. Being friends with your ex girlfriends. I always fall even harder for her.

Here I have a list of things that you should and shouldn't do.

Do: tell her that she is the best thing that ever happened to you. She needs to be reminded of that. This will help you out in the relationship. The fact is that everyone likes to be appreciated.

Don't: flirt with other girls. It makes her jealous and she will possibly break up with you.  Plus this will get you slapped.

Do: be the gentleman. Always open the door for her. She is someone who needs to be respected.

Don't: avoid eye contact with her father.  Always look into her father's eyes. If you don't you won't have another date with his daughter.

Do: bring her mother flowers. This will help your case. The mother will like you.

Don't: bring the girl home late. Her father will be waiting for you and you won't have another chance to go on a date with his daughter. Bring her home a little early for good luck.

Do: treat her with respect! She is a daughter of God! So treat her like that.

But for the love of everything holy Don't expect a good night kiss. The fact is that the girl who went out with you might not be wanting a relationship that's serious. Her father could also be watching. This could be the last thing you do.

Do/Don't Essay

Let me tell you the best kept secrets about relationship. They are amazing. A few hard things about relationships are, you have to have good communication with each other, if you don't communicate things will be hard. You need to have respect for the person too.

I don't mean to imply that relationships will be easy because they aren't. But you can be the best things if you are committed and happy. It is also good that the other person if happy too.
Talking behind their back is something that could end that relationship. I know from experience and I wasn't the one who was saying stuff behind their back. You should have a good friendship too.

I have collected a brief list on do's and don't about creating successful relationships.

DO: With family, you should get along and if you don't then that isn't a good relationship.

DON'T: Take advantage of the person the you are in a relationship with or have a relationship with, life is too short, why not take thing into consideration and enjoy them.

DO: Do nice things for the person, take them out to eat or take them to a place that the enjoy going to, it doesn't always have to be a date either.

DON'T: Cheat. If you are in an intimate relationship, don't cheat on the person. It hurts them and it can hurt you too. It could also give you a bad reputation.

DO: Listen, if you listen to a person they a more willing to talk to you because they know you care and know that you want to hear what they have to say.

DON'T: Ignore them, you could end up losing that person. Yeah maybe a little time and space from that person could be helpful. But don't just stop talking to them and once you start talking to them, don't expect them to be nice and accept you back like you had never left.

DO: If you compliment the person you have a relationship with, intimate or not. They would probably be more willing to be around you but don't let them take advantage of you and them only want to be around you JUST because you compliment them.

Let me tell you the best-kept  secret about poi. It's hard. The two hardest things about it is finding time to do it and the practice it takes hundreds of hours to learn or master. It took me like forever and I'm just ok at it like just this one trick I learned took me like two weeks of going hard in the paint it was the three beat behind the back.   There are a few do's and   Dont's   Like for one I would start out with socks with socks in it or you will mess your shit up like I have busted my face open like 10 times it sucked Because socks are soft as everyone nows. and yeah that's how you will get your rythm down. Or even prows use socks to learn new tricks it's just a good way to practice.  then I would advance to strings and some glow then to fire. I would a void a bunch of them finger people at raves haha it's like bickers vs skaters and they just don't mix. But my favorite place to bust out the strings is at raves like get freaky one of my favorite ones to go to every year that is when you will get good you just got to get in your zone and just throw it out there's.  But if your not in to drugs raves or crazy party people I wouldn't  poi.

Let me tell you the best-kept secret about listening to music. It's rad. The two hardest things with music are, music theory. The second appreciate every type of music and respect people's taste in music

Music theory is a theory about learning how to play music by ear. Music is beautiful. Try to appreciate every type of music. Even if you Don't like rap or metal Or even country.  It's ok to not like that music it's just there's always going to be good things in that music. Ya know? Here's a list of Do's and Don'ts when trying to listen or play music.

Do: Listen and learn your favorite types of music. Or even expressing them in band T's or hats or anything of the sort. Be proud of the music your favorite musician has created.

But Don't: Be so narrow minded on only one type of genre. Rap isn't everything. Metal isn't everything. Country isn't everything if you can open that music eye and see that there is good in each type of music. You'll be more intelligent towards all music.

Do: Learn as much instruments as you can. Treat music as your baby. Your instruments are like the sperm. It is your gateway to having a beautiful music baby.

Don't: Be scared to perform in front of people if you rap, play guitar, play drums or sing. They're the fools that came and see your skills. Don't puss out on them and look like an even bigger goof than you actually are. Show dem beautiful skills.

Do: Appreciate the classics like Journey, Johnny Cash, the Beatles, etc.... you don't have to like them. At least appreciate what they had to offer into the world then and now.

But for the love of everything that is good and holy in the world, don't: Be a drag. Don't be afraid to express yourself. Love the music you love. Appreciate the music that you don't like. Music will always be there for you. Love her like you'd love anything else.

Let me tell you the best kept secret about listening to music. It's easy if you really pay attention to the music and the lyrics the singer or rapper are saying. I've noticed that Some people listen to music just because of the way it sounds or because they like the singer/rapper.
If you really want to enjoy the music you are listening to, all you have to do is open your ears and feel the vibe of the Music.

Don't: Pick a random song out of your library Just because you want to feed your ears noises to listen to. If you just pick a random song, it's more likely that you're going to get tired of the song and you won't really feel the vibe of the singer/rapper.

Do: try to pick a song that you think would fit your mood or the emotion your are feeling.
If you are feeling sad, you are most likely to choose a song that is slow and have soft tunes with slow lyrics. If you are mad, you might pick a song that has loud crazy beats. Try to find something that you are most likely to enjoy and would think fits how you're feeling at the moment.

Don't: if you find a song that you really absolutely love, don't try and listen to it over and over again. Replaying songs over and over again will make you not want to listen to it again or you will get bored of it. Sometimes those kind of songs are the ones you should keep in your playlist.

Do: If you are really interested in the artist, try and look up the rest of the singer/rapper's songs and check them out to see what kind of artist he/she is, and to see what the artist mostly talks about in his/her lyrics. It's sometimes interesting to see And learn about their background.

Don't: DON'T listen to your music out loud when there is a crowd around. Sometimes the people won't feel the same way as you and might think your a fruity dude. Sometimes if you listen to your music out loud and your music is about your hood, you might find yourself trouble. Lol

Do: The best place to listen to music is while taking a nice hot shower. Turn your music out loud in the shower ,sing your lungs out, and enjoy it!

I'm not saying that Math is always going to be easy. There are going to be tough spots in math just follow these do's and don'ts

Do: Pay attention. Because if you don't your going to end up not knowing anything. You'll end up like a bum.For example: my dad dropped out of high school and is forty-two and still looking for a job.

Don't:Don't get over worked. It will give you a headache and you won't learn anything. For example: I got over worked and had the worst day ever because I had a headache for the rest of the day. I was mad for the rest of the day and didn't pass a big test.

Do: Try your best To get good good grades In math. If you do then you'll have a better chance of getting Into collage. For example: My mom tried her best and graduated collage. Now she has a great job where she works from home so she can see means my brothers

Don't: Don't play on your phone. You won't learn anything just like not paying any attention. For example: last time I played on my phone in class I got it taken away for the rest of the year and I got an F in that class.

Do: practice for your test. For example: I didn't practice for any of my test and got Fs on every test I took because I didn't practice and study for them.

Don't: don't expect to get good grades on new stuff. Take the time and learn it right.Because if you rush Though it you'll get bad grades because you didn't take the time to learn it right.

Do/Don't Essay

Let me tell you the best-kept secret about over coming stage fright. It's hard at first but then it's easy. A couple of things that will help, 1. Start with a small group, about 10 to 15 people. 2. Try a school play or talent show make a video. 3. Put your video on YouTube.

Do: Find Friends and practice in front of them. I found some friends and started singing in front of them and it helped to work my way up to number 2. I never made it to number 3, but I want to try.

Don't: Hide from the world and not let them hear your voice. It's better to be heard than unheard. Trust me that's what I did, for the longest time, it sucked.

Do: Let your voice be heard because, if your voice isn't heard soon, then when you want to be heard no one will listen to you. It's almost like the story " the boy who cried wolf." Why, because when you are heard it's easy to say what you want to say, but when you are not heard it's not as easy as they say it is.

Don't: Fear the opportunity that's been given to you, take it and you'll get the best chance you could have to be heard. That opportunity will help you in many ways that you could imagine, like take you to Hollywood, Nashville, or even The Voice, that can change your life.

Do: Have people listen to you and hear what you can do, and have them help you out and get you where you need to be to be successful in your life and make it better for you and your family I the future.

Don't: Give up on what you can do. Don't let yourself down, or give up on yourself for how hard you worked for it. Letting yourself down can effect the rest of your life, and maybe make things harder for you to be yourself around others. In those years that past, you can be use to what is right to you, but if you give up so soon then you'll never really understand what's right. In ten years from now you'll probably think why did I just sit there and not do what I wanted to do, like get up and say what I wanted to say, or do what I was hoping to do in the place.

I had to learn from my mistakes, just from sitting there and not doing what I wanted to do or be it was hard but I did it and I'm still working on speaking up or out. Now all that's left for you to do is do make it happen and change your life while you have the chance to. Don't do what I did but do what's right for you.

Let me tell you the best-kept secret about make-up!

Do: Always wear mascara because it brings out your eyelashes. It also gives your eyes a bigger feel.

Don't: Wear to much mascara because it makes it look very old and dry. Plus you'll find them always sticking together.

Do: Base is a necessary part of makeup. It does so much for your face it's incredible. You could have many zits and base will cover them within seconds.

Don't: There's a few things you shouldn't do when it comes to base and that's put to much on. When you put to much on it makes it so your face doesn't match your skin tone.

Do: Eyebrows are very important part as well. They bring out your eyes almost as much as mascara does. You should always have them shaped and filled in with the appropriate color. The appropriate color should match your hair color the best it can.

Don't: Ever box your eyebrows or make them darker than your hair color. It will ruin your whole appearance.

And finally do: Remember not to put to much of anything on you could end up looking very fake and clown like.

But for the love of everything holy don't: Judge others makeup just judge your own. We all have our own tastes.

Survival:

Let me tell you about the ways how to stay sane, and functioning properly after being in group homes for a prolonged period of time. It's not easy. The two hardest things I did was get control of my anger, and set the goal of bettering my future and following through with it.

I don't mean to imply in the least that life in the group home environment is at all easy— it's not. But in a way after a while it tends to seem like it is easier, but in all actuality it is not the programs or treatment therapy that has gotten easier, it is the natural occurrence of most situations in life. An individual becomes acclimated to that specific situation, you start to actually apply within yourself the things you learn, while in the program.

In the mean time let me shed some light on the behavioral customs that should be integrated, and of those that should not be engaged in to survive the lifestyle of prolonged group home living and come out sane and emotionally stable.

DO: work on your written treatment therapy and give it legitimate, well thought through time and effort whenever an opportunity arises. I know from first hand experience that us teenagers tend to have "more important" things to do- but I have had the sage wisdom come unto me after five years in state's custody, and programs that my conclusion is that treatment therapy is pretty damn important, at least for me, because going home and being free is pretty damn important to me!
DON'T: fake it to make it, it doesn't work. I would know because it didn't work at my last two group homes, so Stop It, Because not only does it not work but never ever has it remotely worked at least not in the long-term success category. If one chooses this barren, desolate road, then relapse is inevitable.

DO: Emotionally, mentally, and physically hit the refresh button inside of you when going from one situation into another totally different situation. Relax and start new. Put the previous situation in its own file in the back of your mind. Deal with it when the need arises, and focus your efforts on the current situation at hand, as if it's a brand new day, aside of any previous thoughts and emotions. Thus compartmentalizing occurs. For example- if I were to be struggling at my current placement; program, proctor, independent living, etc, and we're feeling any self-incriminating emotions that were hostile, hurtful, depressing, etc, once I go to school and are around different people, and in a new situation. I keep my placement feelings chained firmly to my placement- and my emotions and attitudes are refreshed and ready on a new clean slate for the school environment, and the people with whom I interact and associate with in that particular environment. Once I'm back in my current placement environment I readdress the emotions and environment accordingly.

DONT: Keep going on doing the same thing over and over again, and expecting different results. For this is the definition of insanity. If you keep doing this it will make it so much harder to make any progress in the current placement your in, and it decreases any chance of you successfully completing that placement. It also increased your relapse risk assessment, then you will be deemed even more risky to not only yourself but to those around you.

DO: Be rational. Act on logic. Seriously think through the situation and the possible outcomes of the situation, but...
DONT: At the same time, not allow yourself to experience the emotions that come with the situation. It's perfectly fine to go through the emotions—long as you then choose to express them in an non-confrontational, appropriate, logically-rational mannerism.

But whatever you DO: keep on giving it your best. Don't shoot for the ten yard line, but instead the end zone. Do all the things above and success is inevitable. Follow the words of my good buddy Joe Dirt, "just keep on keeping on!"

Also try your best to keep up a positive attitude and good self-morale, by looking to the following quote as a guide, "Two men looking out of jail bars, one sees the mud, the other sees the stars." TRY TO SEE THE STARS!

Let me tell you the best kept secrets about Video games. They're fun to play. My top three favorite ones are Skyrim, MW3 and Shadow of Mordor.  I came to like these games because I enjoy medieval and army games.

I don't mean to imply that video game are easy-they never are always. But rated E usually are. Whether you play rated T or M games they can be fun or boring. I enjoy them a lot but I hate them as much.

Because video games are fun and you play it a lot doesn't mean your good at it. You may be able to beat the game on the hardest difficult doesn't mean you are pro at it.there are others who can beat  you still. Till that day you will probably want to rage quit and never play again trust me it happens. If seen and experienced some list of do and don't see about Video Games.

Do: play on your on free time.

Don't: Make free time Or spend all your free time on it

Do: Experience and learn as much as possible

Don't: get grounded overplaying games to much it's a dumb reason.

Do: stay up if you don't have school or work the next day.

Don't: put it before school and work.

And finally Do: play with family and friends and make new friends. Its more exciting to me

And for the happiness for you and your love ones Don't: put your games before your family A love ones. You will miss some thing that will be important to you and your love ones because it will hurt you I did this and missed my cousins wedding (one of the biggest mistakes I've made because I consider her as my older sister And I love her dearly)   If you prevent this one to happen you will not be sorry.

Do/Don't Essay

Don't take another mans seat it will piss them off Open the door for a girl offer her your seat.
Never on the first day of high school try to fit in with popular kids. Go for the kids that look like outcasts those groups are easy going never forget a hackey sack kids join in all the time. Dont
forget to brush your hair don't forget to shower and don't wear to much spray. Don't think that the first girl who talks to you is flirting she is probably just being nice. Don't go for the first girl you see that you think is cute either because you will most likely regret it there's probably a cuter one that comes along never make your self look hard it's kinda stupid just be very mellow and don't flip out over stupid stuff don't try to be someone your not just be you and eventually you will fit in to some were. I think people are just to worried about what other people are going to say about there appearance the best advice I could give someone is if there happy with there appearance then nothing else matters. People who judge are the worst people they get happy from you getting upset. Sometimes they don't understand the name calling probably hurts the worst but  usually it's trying to fit in that sucks I feel if your you that's all you can be don't be a thug if your not don't be a anything if your not stay true to you Say you really like certain music someone else says they hate your music well Blair it till yours ears bleed I think it's how you look at it I think it is all about how your prospective on it is.

For example I was hiding behind a skater look because I was scared as hell of the judgement but when I put those boots and pants on I feel like myself again and I think that's all that matters is that you stay true to yourself I was always so worried about how I needed to fit in what I needed to buy to look like everybody else when really all I like is my boots jeans and a shirt I feel very comfortable in my clothes now I don't have to sag my pants I'm comfortable respected happy and don't take crap from anyone and my be you will laugh at the way I live but I'd rather go back to my emery county roots than to be someone I'm not yes I am country I do have long hair country isn't about the short hair it's about workin hard bailin hay when needed a lot of muddin four wheel drives gun racks bucks in the bed of the old trucks and Bon fires that's my life wake up at 5:00 with the sun go to work all day five days a week then the weekends mud puddles boots friends girls in the daisy dukes and lots of music little guitar playin campin go out smellin like a fire best smell in the world haha well if you can't live that way I don't no a better one to live I have lived a variety of lifestyles skater hippy thug you name it but I found I fit in right here with the country it makes me happy and its time to be me that's one thing I miss about home is it was laid back every one new you you weren't a number in the society you were family to everyone there is no place I'd rather be than down home in emery county you may think I'm weird but I'll tell you what there's nothin better than watchin a country sunset or walkin on the river bank  ha I was right people did go and start talkin bout how I "changed" naw man I didn't change I just went back to how I have always been. it all started September 23 1995 born in slc raised in nephi ut until about seven moved to vernal until I turned 13 moved to another small town At the age of fifteen ha emery county home of the Spartans rednecks and rodeo hell that was the best man every weekend me and my friends hit the desert for the weekend light the bomb fire kick back hell man if you don't no bout that then your really missin out I guess I just went back to the real me I was always worried about how to fit in turns out country is all I really no now maybe y'all don't no bout that life but it's real fun nothin like huntin and fishin runnin through the river with friends taken the truck and four wheelers through the river mud up to the doors  throw it in four low in the old chev and slowly crawl right on through Man that's one thing I never regret is being me I have turned into one good guy maybe someone can accept all of this for who I really am haha I'm sure someday I'm very satisfied with who I am it hurt today this girl callin me fake ha you no why I tried to fit in and it didn't get me anywhere so I start bein me naw sweet heart make sure you no who you are before you point that dirty finger of yours at me. That's another thing I "Hate" people who are two faced sayin that don't fit you you are fake  some times I wanna look at them and say your one to talk go look in the mirror clean your face up and shut the hell up I'm happy as me and I ain't hiding no more so  Don't tell me how to live I'm me that's who I will always be and you can't change that so please don't judge but Even if you do it doesn't hurt me ha it only shows your true colors and probably your insecurities to so I don't really no it's all about how you think about it If you were in the other persons shoes and had to deal with what there dealing with don't treat them poorly because they might be the only person when you have your breakdown that will listen that's one quality I do have I'm a friend a shoulder to cry on and I'm always there some people claim to be and there not for example I rolled my truck about a year ago ya I was high I was bein stupid but the point is I called the one person who was at my house I thought he would come my "best friend" ya right he said he was to tired so I said ok I called my dad at this time dad was workin non stop graveyards he was runnin on an hour of sleep but he started the old truck came and picked my dumb self up from buckhorn draw didn't scream just said are you ok son he kept asking if I was hurt over and over I said I was just tired but dad drove me another 40 miles to price hospital paid for my Ex Rays and made us I was ok the next day we go up and went out to get my truck it's an old truck but it was fine just had a dent in the side haha we pulled it up flipped it over started right up we went home fixed the truck dad said don't worry bout payin me back just make sure your ok and that  meant most to me dad never got mad we fixed the truck up got all the dents out made it better than it was before I rolled it we stayed up the next few nights he was off work we made the truck run real good I think that's one thing I can say about my dad no matter how much trouble I'm in he always helps me out never disowned me he has always had my back I am so glad I have him ha he isn't a millionaire but he makes sure we have everything we need no matter what  I look up to him he's always worked his butt off for our family and has never taken a short cut I think the example my dad has set for me is what I really strive to be is a man that has valuable skills to help himself to succeed. No matter what job I get if I get laid off I have skills to succeed into another career most kids give up after so long because they don't think they can succeed so instead of driving on and trying they just give up I'm great full that I'm not like that If the Going gets tough buckle up and keep Going Cause there is sure to be smoother sailing on the way I've  thought sometimes that it would just be easier to give up on things but if I give up then I loose out on what might be my future whether it be a girl or a job so I just need to drive on there is always opportunity for me If I keep moving on I've made leaps and bounds I used to be so deep in that hole I didn't see the end of the tunnel now I'm on track to graduate my family is on my side 100% and so are all my friends and when I'm done you bet your ass I'm goin muddin haha desert life to live 77 Chevy 6" Inch lift Supers swampers with 4 twelve inch subs cruising through my small town ha when I roll through they will no I'm throwing a party man I may be country but I no how to party haha  until you have experienced that big Bon fire those 12 gauge shotguns shooting gallon jugs just to watch them explode man just talkin bout it makes me get excited Two things you can count on from me one I'm always there two you get stuck in that truck I'll pull ha out after I finish laughing my guts out cause you bragged up your truck haha so I think I'm Johnny cash I think I'm willie Nelson I think I'm hank Williams I thing I'm Waylon Jennings I keep it country man haha make sure before you act up you make sure your Respecting the women That's one thing I hate is you decide to make a mistake then when she finds out you whine about it begging for forgiveness one more chance wa wa wa  quite cryin man up treat a women with respect she isn't your dam rug she ain't your dog if you hurt her she ain't gonna wanna just here your apology and call it good friend cause if you apologize make sure you mean it prove it to her of just by words but by your actions they don't like a whining baby as there boy friend so shut up man up and make sure you respect your women maybe she will love you more if ha show her that you love her sure it's sometimes hard but It's not meant to be easy man I takes two to tango  I was taught if a women hits your you either 1 stand there and take it or 2 run like hell. Any man who hits a women deserves to be knocked out and that's how I feel same with cheaters man I hate them all well that's all my do's and donts
