Do/Don't Essay

It's interesting how much we unknowingly allow people to take control over what we say, the things we do, and potentially, our entire lives. Honestly, the hardest things about it is, 1. Deciding their not important enough to control you and 2. Trying not to laugh at how ridiculous the other person looks getting worked up over not getting a reaction.

My Do's and Don't's for this simple thought process :

Do: Remember that they honestly aren't worth it. So why would you waste your breath, time, or even thoughts on a person who clearly doesn't have the brain capacity to contemplate what you're saying . You never see a Judge in court arguing with a 3 year old. It's the same thing.

Don't: Take anything their saying personally. It makes sense to be upset if Kim Kardashian gives weight loss tips, but getting mad when Raspusha calls you fat, is honestly the same difference. It's too hilarious to get mad about.

Do: Walk away. Who cares what they think? People comment on celebrities Instagram pages saying horrible things about them... But they don't care because it's not important and they have other things to focus on.

Don't: Laugh too hard.

All I'm saying is, there are way too many amazing things about life to look forward to, to spend it letting someone with low self esteem bring you down and control your life. It's your life, why not spend it happy.

I like your do about how they aren't sh*t :) I believe that our generation in general is so concerned about what people think of them but if you think about it it's not their life it's yours so don't let them get in the way and focus on yourself and you'll go farther in life

I find great humor in your first do.It makes sense truly and I shall in many ways use it in the futur of my life.Expeshily because I have a lot of problems with people and it will be nice to know that there is a way to back myself up.

I totally agree with you. Since when has it been okay to judge people? I mean they say "only God can judge you"
Than why do we have to go to court? Lol
I always go by this saying that I learned and always tell myself when people say sh*t about me. If it doesn't apply, let it fly. But sometimes it makes me feel good they take the time to observe me and take their time.

I agree with not wasting your breath over imbeciles. They spend their time only to confuse the righteous minds of few. Their own arrogance clouds their responses to truth. They will one day feel their own wrath coming back to them twofold, yet, today, they continue to banter ridiculous arguments about you without halting for breath. No, they aren't worth it.

I like the last line about bei happy. I absolutely believe you can choose to be happy. :) I think laughter is a great part of life though! Sometimes laughing is a good medicine for sadness :) anyway, I really like this. Good job.
