My Favorite Mistake

I am about to introduce you my fellow reader into a short story of a section of my life. In this story there will be a lesson I had to learn. And I learned it the natural way, the hard way. The natural way is the hard way because it's a lot harder to learn things through trial and error, that be forewarned, or gently reprimanded by someone who cares.

It all started, one day while I and my grandparents, cousin, and uncle went to either Disneyland or Lagoon theme park, and I was eight or nine years old. It was a family get together. And an early birthday surprise.

We got on one of the rides that spins you right round, right round, and upside down and all over the place. Before I got on the ride I kind of noticed my shoe was a little loose, but decided to ignore it and got ride the ride.

While I was on the ride my shoe flew off my foot and clubbed the man on the other arm of the same ride, right behind me. I burst out laughing until I saw my shoe fall to the ground and almost bean a women on the ground below. I saw her pick it up, shrug, and throw it in the waste bin next to her.

Once I got off the ride I went down to the trash can and searched but my shoe was filled with puke and garbage. My uncle said, "It's just karma, and rightful learned poor mojo— natural consequences."  What he meant by this at the time, was that if I had only took the time to tie my shoe I would have still had a shoe because it wouldn't have flew off my foot.

I had that day learned a valuable lesson. That laziness, doesn't just affect the lazy person, but those around them, with whom they interact. I also learned  to pay attention and don't always allow yourself to get caught up In the moment—use consequential thinking! You won't always have people telling you that things will end badly— sometimes you'll just have to find it out the hard way, the natural way... trial & error!

Keith this is a really good lesson to learn. Sometimes we have mistakes that end up in the trash.

I agree with Michael it is a good lesson. And karma is when you do bad things bad things happen. And when you do good things good things happen
